Emraan Hashmi recently revealed that his wife, Parveen Shahani threatened to leave him because the actor follows a different diet plan as compared to his family.
Speaking to Janice Sequeira in a recent interview, the 44-year-old actor revealed that he follows a strict diet plan to maintain a specific physique.
The Murder actor shared his diet regime, admitting that he has been eating the "same meal" for the past few years comprising of minced chicken, salad, and sweet potatoes.
He further explained that it is because of this reason that his wife is jokingly "planning to leave him."
The actor, who played the lead antagonist in YRF'sTiger 3,candidly noted: “My wife is thinking of leaving me. She keeps threatening me but has not done it yet. She is not eating that; she is just bored of me eating the same thing over and over, and I’ve been following this particular diet for two years."
"The salad has avocado, Brussels sprouts, lettuce, and rocket leaves. Then I have mince and sweet potatoes. This is both lunch and dinner.”
On professional front, Emraan is gearing up for the release of his highly-anticipated web show, Showtime.
