Rashmika Mandanna's 'death flight' makes emergency landing within minutes

Rashmika Mandanna took to Instagram on Sunday, February 18, sharing near-death experience during her flight.

Sharing a selfie with actress Shraddha Das, the Animal alum wrote: “Just FYI, this is how we escaped death today,” coupled with a laughter emoji.

Rashmika and Das could be seen pressing their feet against the footboard as a precautionary measure in the picture.

In the selfie, the duo seemed ‘all smiles’, with Mandanna’s sunglasses hanging around her collar.

According to the Deccan Chronicle, Rashmika’s flight made an emergency landing due to “a technical glitch and extreme turbulence.”

The Air Vistara flight that was flying from Mumbai to Hyderabad, landed back to Mumbai within 30 minutes after take-off.

As per the reports, the delay was caused by an “unforeseen technical issue.” No causalities have been reported to date.

The actress rose to fame and is currently on a career-high after starring alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial Animal.

The actress is all set to grace the big screen with her upcoming film, Pushpa 2.

The highly-anticipated sequel of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa is scheduled for release in August this year.
