KARACHI: Two tortured dead bodes stuffed in gunnysacks were discovered from two separate areas of Pak Colony just a day after police had conducted a targeted operation against the resident criminal elements, Geo News reported Wednesday.
According to police, one corpse was found from under a bridge, while the other from near Lyari River.
Both the dead men remain unidentified as yet.
On the other hand sources told Geo News that the police’s targeted operation in the same area a day earlier was nothing but an exercise in futility, as they could not handcuff even a single crook on that day.
