A guest attending Kate Middleton's Christmas Carol Service on Friday tells the Princess of Wales, "I spent a lovely day with your husband. He did look after me," referring to Prince William who arrived at the event with the couple's children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
