There are still rare chances of reconciliation between Prince Wiliam and Prince Harry despite the royal family's birthday wish to the Duke, claimed a royal commentator.
Charles Rae claimed that the wishes had been made in order to follow the late Queen Elizabeth's unwritten rule.
