Meghan Markle has been praised by Vice President of Colombia, Francia Marquez, for inspiring women worldwide in her welcome speech.
"Meghan is a woman who deserves to come to the country and tell her story," the VP said as she welcomed Prince Harry and his wife to the South American country.
