Kate Middleton reignites worry over return to royal duties

Kate Middleton's return to the public eye has been pulled into question once again after there being notably no updates on her schedule. 

Since announcing her break for cancer treatment, the Princess of Wales had reportedly been scheduled to return after Easter break, however her absence has since continuned, posing questions over her health and recovery.
