Trolls told to stop 'peddling rubbish, hammering' Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton's cancer video has still not stopped speculation as trolls have continued to keep the rumour mill churning. 

However, a larger part of the majority have been defending the Princess of Wales with one calling for naysayers to stop 'peddling rubbish' on Kate, who has been 'hammered' over the past weeks.
