Piers Morgan has been called out for his contradictory move to put Kate Middleton critics on the spot while having partaken in the speculation himself. 

The television host commented on Kate Middleton's latest statement, where she revealed her cancer diagnosis, and told naysayers whilst having, the previous week, said that he was aware of 'alarming' details within the palace.
