SUKKUR: The police are caught up in double jeopardy as they are worried whether to ensure the lockdown or to maintain law and order situation in their respective districts. Almost 60 percent police force in the respective districts is tied up to enforce the lockdown in view of the coronavirus health emergency. The senior police officers are worried that while they are focusing on enforcing the lockdown, the law and order situation in Khairpur, Ghotki and Kashmore-Kandhkot district is slipping out of control. They believe that their present strength would compromise the law and order situation of their respective districts.
