What are you eating?
May 21, 2018
Both children and adults love to eat fast food. However, we often pay attention to the hygienic conditions of the place where this food is cooked. It is a widely acknowledged fact that many eateries use substandard oil and other raw materials to cook food. Instead of offering nutritional value, these food items are actually harmful for human health.
Although it is not advisable to replace daily meals with them, it is pitiful that the consumption of such items is increasing at an unprecedented rate. Over-consumption of fast food that contains an excessive amount of fats and cholesterol can lead to serious heart diseases. If we wish to live a healthy life, we should avoid eating fast food cooked in substandard items.
