Two matches decided in the National Women’s T20 Tournament

KARACHI: At the National Bank Stadium, Conquerors defeated Challengers by 28 runs. Batting first, Conquerors scored 165 for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs.

Captain Fatima Sna played a brilliant innings scoring 88 runs with the help of 14 fours and 3 sixes. In reply, Challengers could only manage 137 runs for 7 wickets. Aliya Riaz was the top scorer with 36 runs.

Fatima Sana was named player of the match. At the Oval Academy Ground, Stars defeated Invincibles by 69 runs.

Batting first, Stars posted 172 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs. Sidra Ameen scored 59 runs and Urooj contributed 45 runs.

In reply, Invincibles were restricted to 103 runs for 9 wickets. Captain Muneeba Ali was the top scorer with 40 runs.

Waheeda Akhtar took 4 wickets for just 16 runs. Wicketkeeper Sidra Nawaz contributed with two catches and two stumpings. Sidra Ameen was named players of the match.
