CJP repatriates 5 FJA officers to LHC
Sources say Justice Shah, as in-charge of Federal Judicial Academy, had taken these officers on deputation
ISLAMABAD: Chairman Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi returned the services of five judicial officers from Punjab to Lahore High Court.
Five directors posted on deputation in FJA were sent back to Lahore High Court (LHC) and a notification was issued in this regard.
According to sources, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, as in-charge of Federal Judicial Academy, had taken these officers on deputation. After Justice Mansoor, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb has now been made in-charge of FJA. The judicial officers include Sessions Judge Jazeela Aslam, Additional Sessions Judge Aamir Munir, Dr Rai Muhammad Khan, Raja Jahanzeb Akhtar and Civil Judge Shazia Munawar Makhdoom. They have been directed to report to Lahore High Court as per the rules.
