KARACHI: Pakistan cricket great Hanif Mohammad was inducted posthumously into the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
His son and former Pakistan national cricketer Shoaib Mohammad received the commemorative plaque and cap from Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Mohsin Naqvi in a ceremony held at National Stadium Karachi.
Hanif, who was among the initial inductees announced in 2021, had his formal induction ceremony delayed due to various factors. However, PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi took the matter seriously and succeeded in inducting the great Hanif Mohammad into Hall of Fame.
