KP Health secretary replaced
PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government on Wednesday transferred Health Secretary Mahmood Aslam Wazir and directed him to report to the Establishment Department.
Mahmood Aslam Wazir, PAS BS20, was appointed as health secretary during the caretaker govt. Before that, he was Kohat division commissioner. He had good relations with some key Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders and former provincial ministers.
The government appointed Adeel Shah, PMS BS-20, as health secretary of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Adeel Shah previously served as a Member of the Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The government also transferred Special Secretary for Energy and Power Department, Tashfeen Haider, PMS BS-19, and posted him as director-general of KP Culture and Tourism Authority.
