State Life signs deal for KRAs, KPIs
KARACHI: State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan entered into an agreement with M/s Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder for the development of key result areas (KRAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), a statement said Wednesday.
The agreement was signed by Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Executive Director (HRDD) Jamil Anwar and M/s Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder CEO / Managing Partner Salim Chinoy.
Jamil Anwar said the vision behind adopting best practices is to improve governance, customer service and overall performance of State Life, which will give it an edge in the present competitive environment. He said the development of KRAs and KPIs will give long lasting benefit to the corporation in the shape of improved performance and productivity of its employees.
Salim Chinoy described the salient features of KPIs and the strategy to be adopted for preparing and implementing in State Life- being the largest public sector organisation in the insurance industry of Pakistan.
