Operation not on dictation of any political party: Sanaullah

LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Thursday said that the crackdown against terrorists in Punjab will be done in a systematic way and that he cannot change the procedure of the operation on the dictation of any one person or party
The law minister said that the government had ended the Islamabad sit-in without any force but those involved in acts of violence and damaging the state property will not be given an exception or shown any leniency.
Talking to the media, Rana Sanaullah said the government had ended the Islamabad sit-in without any bloodshed but those involved in acts of violence will not be forgiven. He also said that the Women Protection Act cannot be eradicated thoughamendments can be made within the act.
