A super easy firecracker chicken for you…

FIRECRACKER CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless (cut in cubes) ½ kg

Corn-flour ½ cup

All-purpose flour (sifted) ¼ cup

Eggs (whisked) 2

Salt ½ tsp or to taste

Cooking oil as required

Hot sauce ¼ cup

Tabasco sauce 1 tsp

Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp

Cayenne pepper ½ tsp

Red chilli (crushed) ½ tsp

Salt ¼ tsp or to taste

Butter 2 tbsp

Brown sugar (powdered) 3-4 tbsp

Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp

Garlic (grated) 1 tsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp.

Green onion leaves for garnish

Sesame seeds for garnish

DIRECTIONS

* In a bowl add chicken boneless, corn flour, and all-purpose flour, salt, whisked eggs (add gradually) and mix well.

* Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry chicken on medium flame until golden brown. Takeout and set aside.

* In a wok add chilli sauce, tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, red chilli crushed, salt, butter. Turn on the flame on, mix well and cook for a minute.

* Add brown sugar, tomato ketchup, sriracha sauce, garlic, vinegar, mix well and cook for few seconds.

* Add fried chicken, mix and coat well.

* Add green onion, mix well and set aside.

* On hot sizzler plate, add butter, prepared firecracker chicken, sprinkle sesame seeds, green onion leaves and serve with your choice of rice or noodles.
