For White Sauce

Butter 2 tbsp

All-purpose flour 2 tbsp

Milk 11/2 cup

Salt 1/4 tsp

Red chilli (crushed) 1/2 tsp

Black pepper (crushed) 1/4 tsp

Fresh coriander (chopped) 1-2 tbsp

Chicken powder 1/2 tsp


Yogurt 1/2 cup

Cream 3 tbsp

Green chilli paste 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Mustard powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg

Cooking oil 1-2 tsp

Mozzarella cheese (grated) as required

Fresh coriander (chopped) as required

Green chillies (crushed) as required


  • Prepare White Sauce: In saucepan, add butter and let it melt. Then add all-purpose flour and mix well. Add milk, all the spices and mix well. Cook until sauce thickens and set aside.
  • In bowl, add yogurt, cream, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, all the spices and whisk well.
  • Add chicken boneless cubes, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. After that, thread chicken boneless cubes into skewers.
  • On a griddle, add cooking oil and fry skewers from all sides until done (cover in between). Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes.
  • Add mozzarella cheese, cover and cook until cheese melts (approx. 2 minutes).
  • Add white sauce, fresh coriander and red chilli and serve!
