Fortunately, change is coming as more and more young artists enter the world of films. A case in point is actor-writer Mariam Saleem Nawaz, who impressed viewers with her comic timing at the 16th annual Lux Style Awards earlier this year and is gearing up for her big screen debut. She will be seen opposite Shahroze Sabzwari, who made his film debut with Chain Aye Na earlier in 2017.
Sabzwari recently shared a picture with Mariam from the set, which is a confirmation of sorts. When contacted, Mariam did confirm that they are working together and that the project is actually a film.
“It is a film,” she shared with Instep in a telephonic conversation. However, the actor was reluctant to share further details about the project since she is under a contract to not reveal any details about the film except that it has entered production stage and they are currently shooting for it. The upcoming film marks Mariam’s big screen debut.
