The Australian terrorist behind the Christchurch attacks in New Zealand made a formal complaint on Sunday regarding the treatment he is being given in jail.
As per a report by the Independent, the 28-year-old white supremacist who is being kept in solitary confinement with tight security in Paremoremo’s Auckland Prison complained off the treatment he is getting.
Confirming to local media, the department of corrections stated that the terrorist has no access to television, radio, newspapers or even approved visitors after which he lodged formal complaints.
According to a source “He’s under constant observation and isolation. He doesn’t get the usual minimum entitlements. So no phone calls and no visits.”
It was revealed further that he has a separate yard which is as big as his cell.
A spokesperson of the department stated: “He is being managed in accordance with the provisions set out in the Corrections Act 2004 and our international obligations for the treatment of prisoners.”
