Here’s how to get Taiser Town, Scheme-45 application forms

KARACHI: The Malir Development Authority (MDA) has announced a low cost residential scheme in Taiser Town, Scheme-45 in Karachi.

The Silk Bank is aithorised to sale and receive the applications forms, however, the same can be filled online on MDA website.

Important instructions:

• Separate forms will be required for each category application. The applicant will choose one category of the plot if he/she successes in more than one category after balloting.
• Successful candidates in the previous balloting by MDA Taiser Town are not eligible to apply.
  
• The application processing fee is non-refundable.
  
• The booking fee will be returned in PO form to the unsuccessful applicant after deducting PKR 100 plus FED as bank charges.
  
• The price of the plot doesn't include development and utility charges.
