Egyptian court acquits four-year-old boy accused of kissing same age girl

Father of the female child had filed the application against the four years old boy at the police station of Hush Issa district December last year

An Egyptian juvenile court has acquitted  a four-year-old boy accused of kissing his same age female classmate, local media reported on Thursday.

According to reports, the children are students at a kindergarten in Beheira governorate.

Father of the female child had filed the application against the four years old boy at the police station of Hush Issa district December last year,   accusing  the four years old boy of harassing her daughter.

The police forwarded the complaint to Beheira Security Director Alaa Eddin Abdel Fattah after which prosecution sent it to the Misdemeanor Court.

A lawyer representing the accused said the the Misdemeanor Court referred the application to the juvenile court that acquitted the child declaring the charge as unreasonable.

According to Egyptindependent news website, father of the female child had accused the boy of kissing her daughter inside the kindergarten
