Pakistan’s late brazen social media star Qandeel Baloch’s life is being penned down by lauded journalist Sanam Meher, which will be ready for release on May 10.
Shedding light on Fauzia Azeem, popularly known as Qandeel Baloch, the highly anticipated biography’s author, Sanam Maher had taken to Twitter to announce the launch date of her book titled ‘The Sensational Life and Death of Qandeel Baloch’.
“Bumper week for work announcements from me: So hello! She’s here - coverreveal! A story that has taken over my life for the last 2 years — a story not just about, #QandeelBaloch but about the place that created her and ultimately found that it had very little room for her,” stated her tweet with a picture of the book’s cover attached.
The book, which has been in production since the past two years, examines the life of the star who had become a center of attention in the country for her valiant and bold presence online.
She became a target of honor killing at the hands of her brother who suffocated her to death on July 16, 2016.
Qandeel has since arisen as a symbol of empowerment on a global scale.
