MUMBAI: Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Padmaavat’ is credited for making a record-shattering box office collection of Indian Rs 2.64 billion worldwide and to commemorate this huge achievement the film stars will get together under one roof on Feb 24, just in time for Bhansali’s 55th birthday.
Unfortunately Shahid Kapoor, who charmed the audiences in the movie as Maharawal Ratan Singh, will not be able to make it to the success party due to other commitments.
The ace actor is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Batti Gul Meter Down’ that is expected to hit cinema houses on Aug 31 this year.
The rest of the cast of Padmaavat including Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, however, will attend the celebratory gathering, along with some 150 other Bollywood stars.
