SIBERIA: Having lash-freezing temperature of -67.7C, Russia’s remote village of Oymyakon in Siberia has the most number of permanent inhabitants and is termed as the coldest village on Earth.
However, this did not stop a daredevil Japanese tourist from taking a dip in icy-cold river wearing nothing but a pair of trunks.
The stunt captured in a video, showcases a gentleman diving straight into the steaming water after taking off his clothes. He immerses himself in water completely as other tourists stand by, laughing at what had just happened before their eyes.
It is reported that the man was on a tour organized by Russian travel company Satal Tours that runs outdoor adventures for tourists.
