Kuwait hosts unique car drifting championship
The event is an extension of the actual tournament that kicked off in May this year.
Hundreds of racers competed for the coveted crown of 2017 King of Drift at Red Bull Car Park Drift Series held recently in the gulf state.
To bear witness to the enthralling performances of sixteen candidates hailing from fourteen countries, over 25,000 spectators were present at the stadium.
The event is an extension of the actual tournament that kicked off in May this year. Its finale has been organized now by Basel Salem AlSabah Motor Racing Club in collaboration with SIRBB Circuit and other eminent companies.
Three fierce drifters of Kuwait went in a neck-to-neck competition during the race with other candidates in a bid to retain their previously-held title.
