Lola Young shares alarming health update as vaping takes its toll
Lola Young reveals the scary reality of her vaping addiction at 25
Lola Young has opened up about how her vaping addiction has caused her breathing problems just at the age of 25.
In a recent video posted on her TikTok account, the singer was seen admitting that her lungs feel "battery powered" as her vaping habit has begun to affect her lungs.
Despite her vape use turning normal breathing for her into a chore, Lola confessed she has no plans to quit vaping until 45.
She began, "Someone once said to me, Lola there will be a day when you wake up, you'll be 25 or 26, from a deep sleep and you'll start to feel the effects of vaping.
"And do you know what I said? I said 'nah' and rolled my eyes."
She went on to say, "But let me tell you something, let me tell you something, the day has come.
"That day has come, where my lungs feel like they're battery powered, like they're just one big battery, and breathing feels like a chore."
She further shared, "It feels like hard work, it feels like I should be paid for breathing. I feel like I should be paid to breathe, a good wage £30 an hour. And it feels like there'll be no tomorrow.
Lola added, "But let me tell you something, I'll try to quit when I'm 45."
This came after Lola lost consciousness during her show on stage back in 2025. She then took a brief break from the spotlight to recover from her drug addiction.
