Eve spills secret to happy marriage with Cooper Maximillion

Eve has finally spilled the secret behind her happy marriage to Maximillion Cooper.

In a new interview with People magazine, the 47-year-old rapper revealed that she and Maximillion support one another in their lives and careers.

“I was already mid-thirties by the time we got married, and this is his second marriage,” Eve said. “I think we both came into the relationship fully ourselves.”

“We enjoy seeing each other do what we love,” the Grammy-winning rapper said of the English entrepreneur.

Eve added that he and Maximillion "don’t really” have any rules in their marriage.

“We step back when we need to, we come forward when we need to, and we try to be as honest with each other as we can," she said.

“That really helps us,” the Love is Blind singer noted. “Just allowing each other to be who they are and also just being really communicative and honest when you need to be.”

Maximillion's career is a far cry from Eve’s work, but as a devoted partner, he has attended many of her concerts over the years.

“He loves it,” Eve said “It is nice having a partner that really celebrates you doing the thing that you love.”

For those unversed, Eve tied the knot with Maximillion in June 2014 after three years of dating.
