Meghan Markle, Prince Harry friends 'worried' regarding royal couple's relationship
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been warned "the consequences for their relationship could be significant"
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have reportedly left their friends ‘worried’ regarding the royal couple’s relationship amid the Duke’s efforts to make peace with King Charles.
Meghan and Harry, along with their kids Archie and Lilibet, reunited with King Charles in UK last month, and the Duke wants more such meetings in future.
The sources told the Closer, the royal couple have long faced rumours that they’re living separate lives.
And insiders said that Harry and Meghan are clashing over the duke’s growing desire to spend more time in the UK – while his wife of eight years has no intention of leaving behind her life in LA.
The close confidant said, "Harry dreams of a compromise where he can come back to the UK more often, potentially as a part-time working royal again. He’d love Meghan to join him – but there’s no way she’d move back, even part-time. She feels there’s too much open hostility towards her.
"They’re figuring out an agreement where Meghan accompanies him when it suits her. She’s very independent, so she’s leaving it up to Harry to navigate it, but the feeling is it’s very much a make-or-break situation."
The sources further warned Meghan and Harry, saying if they can’t reach a compromise, things between them may not end well.
Archie and Lilibet education is just the symptom – “the bigger issue is deciding where home actually is.”
"Friends are worried the disagreement risks ending in a complete stalemate."
"If neither of them is prepared to compromise, the consequences for their relationship could be significant," the friends warned.
