Meghan Markle, Prince Harry's parenting clash over Archie, Lilibet deepens
Prince Harry also wants his children Archie and Lilibet to have a meaningful connection with that side of their family
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly at odds over the schooling of their children Archie and Lilibet days after their reunion with King Charles.
According to a report by the Closer, the insiders have claimed that the California-based royals have also been clashing over where their children will go to school.
The source said, “Harry can’t rule out a British education. He wants his children to have a meaningful connection with that side of their family. He’d prefer the kids to attend a mixed school, and has even explored the possibility of a day-pupil arrangement.”
However, “Culturally, LA’s where Meghan feels comfortable – she never took to the stuffiness of England. It’s hard to imagine her agreeing to uproot the life she’s built in California.’
Meghan has no intention of leaving behind her life in California, LA where they are currently living with their kids.
Last year, a friend of Harry added more fuel to the fire by divulging that the Duke told her how ‘wonderful’ UK schools were when they both attended the WellChild awards.
Harry and Meghan are ‘figuring out an agreement’ where the duchess accompanies him when it suits her, the source said and adds “She’s very independent, so she’s leaving it up to Harry to navigate it, but the feeling is it’s very much a make-or-break situation.”
The fresh claims came days after Prince Harry, Meghan and their kids Archie and Lilibet reunited with King Charles in efforts to make peace with the royal family.
