Princess Kate may join Prince William on an upcoming trip to India.

New reports have emerged that the Princess of Wales, 44, is being considered to join the Prince for the Earthshot Prize awards, which will take place in Mumbai, India, with a possible visit to Delhi as well.

A source has told The Mirror that Kate feels excited about the possibility of traveling to South Asia this November as part of the couple's official duties.

Kate hasn't attended the Earthshot Prize event since 2022, when it was held in Boston.

The report also said her potential trip to India would follow her recent return to international royal engagements, including a visit earlier this year to Italy.

The report noted that this trip would mark a meaningful moment for the couple, especially since it would be their first joint international trip since Boston, and even longer since their previous major overseas tour to the Caribbean.

Prince William and Kate previously visited India together back in 2016, during a week-long royal tour that also included a stop in Bhutan.

That trip featured visits to major cities and a stop at the Taj Mahal, and it took place shortly before their fifth wedding anniversary.

King Charles and Queen Camilla had also planned to visit India in 2022, but that trip was canceled following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
