Meghan Markle handed big extension as huge business woe comes to light: Statement
Meghan Markle has just been granted a huge extension for one business move she’s consistently seen rejections on
Meghan Markle gets another timeline for major legal woe she keeps being rejected over, and news of it has come straight from royal sources and commentators.
For those unversed, the expert that delivered this update into the nitty gritty of her business concerns come as part of a Daily Mail column, penned by Diary Editor Richard Eden, and it touches deeply on the patent issues.
For those unversed, the legal issue Meghan has just received a full six-month extension for is related to her ongoing back and forth with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
According to a legal document that Mr Eden quoted saying, “applicant's second request for Extension of Time to File a Statement of Use has been granted. Applicant must continue to file extension requests every six months... until a Statement of Use is filed, or the USPTO will abandon the application.”
Another thing worth noting is that the patent is part of Meghan’s ongoing attempt to patent her work, after facing an issue after being forced into re-naming American Riviera Orchard with ‘As Ever.
Right now her product selection features a number of things, like jams, preserves, candles, teas, etc etc but her plans include a wide array of more products like gardening supplies, stationery giftware, diffusers, pet accessories, cookware, pet food, dog collars, bedding, yoga mats, coffee, spices, store cupboard essentials, string lights etc. etc.
All these products are already submitted as prospects in her applications.
