Real person behind King Charles, Prince Harry's reconciliation exposed

The royal insiders have exposed the real person, who is making efforts to bring King Charles and Prince Harry closer amid royal rift.

The close confidant has revealed the name of the person after King Charles reportedly extended an olive branch to his estranged son Harry, who also wants reconciliation with his father.

Speaking to the OK!, the close confidant has disclosed that Charles is backing a quiet reconciliation effort spearheaded by his deputy private secretary, Theo Rycroft, a former diplomat who joined the King's household in February.

Also, Theo is said to have made restoring communication between Prince William and Harry a top priority.

The palace insider said, "Theo has earned a reputation inside royal circles as someone who excels in situations where emotions are running high and relationships have become strained.”

“He isn't the kind of person who seeks attention or dramatic breakthroughs. Instead, his strength lies in quietly building trust, encouraging dialogue and creating an environment where difficult conversations can take place without immediately descending into confrontation,” the source explained.

The source went on to say, “There is a belief among those who know him that the prolonged lack of communication between William and Harry has only allowed misunderstandings and resentment to deepen.”

Theo's view is that nothing meaningful can be achieved while both Harry and William remain entrenched in silence.

The royal aide also sees re-establishing even the most basic level of ‘direct contact’ as the crucial first step because, until that happens, the chances of repairing the relationship remain “extremely limited,” the insider said.
