On Saturday, June 6, in Los Angeles, the 75-year-old American actress and former fashion model attended the Shrinking FYC event at the DGA Theater, where she revealed how she stays “healthy.”
Conversing with PEOPLE magazine, Malick said, "Yeah, I exercise pretty much every day. I've got animals and I live on a ranch. So, I hike in the morning with my dog first thing before I have coffee or breakfast or anything. We have horses, so I ride and we have a gym and I do Pilates. And I try to eat well."
"I love martinis, but I'm trying to do a few less of those because I know it's not as good for us as we once thought. But for the most part I try to stay healthy and not overthink it."
"And I think one of the best things you can do is laugh as much as possible. And then you get happy wrinkles. My mom had wrinkles, but they were happy ones because she spent an awful lot of her life in humor. And I think that's a pretty amazing way to go,” the Young Sheldon star shared.
