Bunnie Xo has broken her silence on in vitro fertilization (IVF) with her estranged husband, Jelly Roll.

After Roll filed for divorce from her on May 18, the American media producer spoke about her IVF journey with Jelly on the Thursday, June 18 episode of her podcast Dumb Blonde.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2026 a year after their first meeting, do not have biological children together; however, Bunnie became the stepmother of the Need a Favour crooner’s two kids from his previous relationships: daughter Bailee Ann and son Noah Buddy.

During Jelly’s rising success in country music two years ago, she made a difficult decision to have a baby after going through painful miscarriages early in her life.

Bunnie said, "My hat goes off to any woman, family, couple who is going through IVF because let me tell you something, dude. That is one of the loneliest, darkest journeys you will be on."

She went on to admit that the experience was "not a beautiful journey,” as it "wrecked" her "emotionally, spiritually, physically."

"It was so hard on me that for the past year and a half, I became a shell of the person I was because I'm doing these IVF journeys. I'm fighting hard just to be able to produce enough eggs to make a baby with my husband, especially at my age,” the 46-year-old quipped.

Notably, what makes the experience harder is Jelly’s "low sperm count.”

Jelly Roll “had to get on a bunch of hormones and a whole bunch of medication, which turned him into a freaking nightmare to be around,” Bunnie XO concluded.
