​Anne Schedeen, the legendary TV actress famous for her role in the 1980s hit ALF sitcom, died at the age of 77.

​The late actress' death was announced by her family on Facebook on Sunday evening, revealing that she passed away peacefully at her home.

​The statement reads, "It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share Annie has passed peacefully."

​"She leaves behind an extraordinary legacy of creative energy, whip smart humor, delight in her family, adoration for little dogs, burning hatred for Trump, passion for second-hand thrifting, and love for a good story," the obituary continued.

​"We are bereft without her. We loved her so so much, as did all who met her," the actress's family mourned her loss. "The memories, artwork, belly laughter, handmade jewelry, oil paintings, sculptures, costumes, and all around joie de vivre live on. Raise a margarita in her honor ... we all love you, Annie."

​Anne Schedeen's role in ‘ALF’:

​Anne played Kate Tanner and made appearances on a total of 101 episodes of the NBC drama that ran for four seasons from 1986 to 1990.

​Being the main cast of the sitcom, she starred opposite actors Andrea Elson, Max Wright and Benji Gregory. Max and Benji also passed in 2019 and 2024, respectively.

​The late actress first appeared on the TV screen in 1974 on the series The Six Million Dollar Man.​
