Rumer Willis' ex drops bombshell claim about Demi Moore amid custody battle

Rumer Willis' ex-boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas has made a new shocking claim that Demi Moore threatened to “destroy" him.

Derek and Rumer are currently in the middle of a legal fight over custody of their three-year-old daughter Louetta.

In a new court document obtained by The Sun, the 39-year-old musician alleged that the House Bunny star, at the time of the birth of her baby, did not want her family to be around for a few days, but Demi ignored her request.

Derek wrote, "She did not want her family present for the first 40 days after Louetta's birth in 2023."

He continued, "Nonetheless, on the day after Louetta was born, Ms. Moore and household staff members came into the home and caused a significant disturbance."

"On this occasion, Ms. Moore, apparently based on something said by [Rumer], threatened to 'Destroy me," he added.

This came as an explosive response from Derek after the Trail of Vengeance actress denied Derek's request for child custody of their daughter in a court filing and also detailed his alleged abusive behaviour.

Moreover in the recent filing, Derek also clapped back at the allegations of abuse and take another swipe at Demi writing, "At no time did I agree to move out of state with [Rumer]," instead, he alleged that Rumer "stated on several occasions that she wished to move to Texas or another out-of-state location in order to be free from her mother's overbearing and hostile conduct."

For those unversed, Rumer and Derek dated for two years and welcomed their daughter in 2023 before their split in August 2024.
