Chrissy Teigen reveals what she 'hates' about being 40
The model and author shared unfiltered take on turning 40
Chrissy Teigen is revealing what she likes and dislikes after turning 40 in November.
The Sports Illustrated model, who entered the new chapter of her life back in November, reflected on the physical changes that have been happening to her body.
"I love 40 but I hate sweating the bed," she wrote in an Instagram post uploaded on Wednesday.
Embracing all the contradictions the mom of four is facing with her age, she noted, "But I love pockets and my new hair. But I'm so tired. But I love feeling things again. But I'm so tired. My skin is changing. My period is back."
However, with all the ups and downs of being 40, she "loves" it.
The wife of John Legend added, "I feel like a crazy person but I love 40 I really do!!! Help."
Along with the post, she also posted images of her fresh bob cut, which she debuted back in March.
In the comment section, Teigen also asked her followers about their experience of life after 40, including the perimenopause and menopause phases.
Heather Dubrow, who is The Real Housewives of Orange County star, replied to Chrissy, writing, "Take everything offered to you and ask everyone what they're taking! Also, you need to constantly monitor and adjust what you take because your body changes constantly. Wait, was that helpful or confusing?"
The post came months after Chrissy underwent a "hairline lowering" surgery.
