Zayn Malik 'in panic' mode after 'hitting' Louis Tomlinson
Zayn Malik could face a strong backlash if his clip leaked
Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson have been dear friends in the days of One Direction and afterwards. However, the friendship reportedly strained after a recent brawl between them.
Now, the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker is fearful, insiders tell The Sun, that his explosive footage of him hitting his former bandmate while making a Netflix documentary will leak.
Sources tell the outlet that footage is "beyond damaging" because it had also captured Malik uttering derogatory remarks about Tomlinson's mom, who passed away from leukaemia in 2016.
“The moment Zayn hit Louis and made a derogatory comment about his mum Johannah was all filmed," the insider added.
"Zayn and Louis know footage exists and the production company has it. If it became public, it could be beyond damaging for Zayn’s image.”
Insiders note that the three-part Netflix travel series was planned to showcase the bond between the pair; however, it turned into a disaster.
“The series was supposed to capture a raw insight into Zayn's and Louis’ relationship, but this crossed a line.”
From Malik's blow, Tomlinson, according to reports, had a head wound and a concussion because the former was wearing a ring in an incident which happened six months ago in Wyoming.
