Patrick Muldoon shared he was so 'excited' to be a part of this 'amazing project'
Patrick Muldoon, who died on Sunday after suffering a heart attack, shared an exciting social media post just a day before his sad demise.
According to the Deadline, Patrick Muldoon, best known for playing Austin Reed on Days of Our Lives, breathed his last on Sunday, April 19, after suffering the heart attack.
The actor, producer and musician took to Instagram and shared a Deadline story to confirm the cast of ‘amazing project’ Kockroach.
He said, “So excited to be a part of this amazing project KOCKROACH directed by Matt Ross starring Chris Hemsworth, Taron Edgerton, Zazzie Beetz And Alec Baldwin.”
“Filming now in Australia,” he further said.
The report says he was part of the film as executive producer.
Meanwhile, commenting on the same post after reports of his death, one fan says, “You will be missed! Wishing all of Patrick's friends, family and devoted fans love, comfort and intentions of peace and ease.”
Another said with a broken heart emoticon, “RIP Patrick, breaks my heart to see the news. The world has lost a remarkable man!.”
Moreover, throughout his decades-long career in the entertainment industry, Patrick appeared in several films, including Super Troopers, Saving Christmas, and Melrose Place.
He rose to fame after starring in the soap opera, Days of Our Lives. Patrick played the role of Austin Reed in the TV show from 1992-95 and again from 2011-12.
Patrick Muldoon latest movie, Dirty Hands, is set to premiere later this year.
