According to the insiders, King Charles's health continues to decline more than two years after he was diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer.

The Radar Online, citing the sources, claimed Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, who announced her own cancer battle was in remission – are facing an inevitable and imminent promotion.

The close confidant has said King Charles "remains gravely ill and as callous as it may sound, it's only a matter of time before things decline."

Moreover, calls for King Charles to step down are growing, including among palace insiders.

The sources say, "People are openly saying Charles should do the right thing and abdicate. There's a growing consensus that the family needs to start anew with a clean slate. Having William and Kate in place while His Majesty hands over the reins during a dedicated transitional period makes a whole lot of sense to most people inside The Firm.”

Also, Prince William is worried for King Charles health and the royal sources claimed the Prince of Wales urges the monarch to step back and ease off the workload.

Queen Camilla is encouraging King Charles to continue royal duties amid health worries while the Prince of Wales wants him to ease off the workload, the source says William has made a U-turn and believes Camilla is ‘overstepping.’
