'Sex in the City' stars Kristin Davis, Jason McDonald in trouble: Have they cheated?
'Sex in the City' stars Kristin Davis and Jason McDonald make unexpected confession
Jason McDonald recently revealed why one of his scenes with Kristin Davis in Sex and the City never was excluded from the series.
On the March 26 episode of her podcast Are You a Charlotte? McDonald, McDonald walked down memory lane along with his former co-star Davis.
The actor revealed that he was cast as Emerson for the 13th episode, Games People Play, in the sophomore season, but it took him months to learn that “they cut the “whole storyline” which was about an Upper East Side bridge party.
McDonald’s character and Charlotte York, played by Davis, were supposed to act as partners in a flirtatious setup.
“You and I were making eyes across the room from each other, and then we ended up being partners, and then someone accused us of cheating, and then we went around the corner, and you put me up against the bookshelf and kissed me,” he shared.
After listening to his explanation, Davis erupted into laughter because the whole scene sounded too “bold” for her character, noting that she does not “have a clear memory.
It is pertinent to mention that Sex and the City, a romantic comedy-drama television series, has an ensemble cast including Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Chris Noth, Cynthia Nixon, and others.
