Logging in to your PC, you often see the Windows 10 logo on the default wallpaper. It looks real, but what if we told you it’s not just a computer-generated image? The Windows 10 logo wallpaper, which people know as the Windows 10 logo wallpaper, actually shows a real photograph that used practical effects to create the image. 

When Windows 10 launched, it arrived after the troubled Windows 8 era. Many users had returned to Windows 7, seeking reliability.

His team used a laser projector, which they placed behind a large Windows 10 logo to create a window effect that showed beams of light and volumetric smoke. The final composite image resulted from thousands of photographs which showed different exposures and colour filters that the team used to create the final result.

The bright, clean Windows 10 logo wallpaper exists today as the result of millions of people who recognise it. The creation process integrated artistic design with photographic elements and technical knowledge to demonstrate that even basic wallpaper designs contain interesting historical details.
