Teyana Taylor calls it quits with beau Aaron Pierre after year-long romance

Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre have reportedly called it quits after less than a year of dating.

On Tuesday, an insider spilled to Page Six that the Straw actress and the Rebel Ridge actor are no longer together.

The news of the breakup came after unconfirmed rumors began popping up online that they had split.

The real reason behind their split is unclear, but sources have confirmed that the couple has gone their separate ways.

For those unversed, Teyana and Aaron first ignited dating rumors in February when the two were seen together at the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala in Los Angeles.

The former couple then attended the BET Awards in LA together, where the All's Fair actress told Complex that Aaron is "very gentle. It allows me to feel warm and to feel safe and not be in survival mode."

Last month, in an interview with THR, Taylor referred to Aaron as "my apple pie."

“If that’s something that I decide to say, then it’s going to be something that we say together," said the 35-year-old actress.

On the professional front, Taylor earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film One War After Another.

In parallel, Aaron will next be seen in the upcoming Star Wars movie, Star Wars: Starfighter, alongside Ryan Gosling.
