Prince Harry gets biggest reality check since UK move ignited hopeful fires

The biographer of the first unofficial biography of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just spoke out with some massive insights into what the Duke of Sussex apparently wants in his relationship with Prince William.

Its also said there’s a self-imposed time limit he’s considering because next year will mark 30 years since their mother Diana passed. But that isn’t the only thing slated for her 30th anniversary. For those still unversed a documentary will soon release, made and packaged by the Duke himself, for Netflix to mark 30 years since her passing and some say he’s already in the UK turning to people who knew her for the project.

But, Mr Scobie made sure to gave his two cents, and reveal whether he thinks the Duke has any shot to make this happen. Especially considering all the drama and scandal that Prince William is fighting from all front—whether due to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s case, Earl Spencer’s memoir, or Prince Harry’s return to British soil.

He started by speaking to an ABC News Studios documentary and noted that the Duke “made it no secret that his wish for things moving forward, not just with his father, but with his brother as well, is to reconcile.”

However, “I can't see it making any difference, but one can always hope,” he said right after.

One thing he did point out its their media potential and noted, “regardless of whether you care about Harry and Meghan or the Royal Family, the reality is that the world can't stop watching.”

In terms of where Prince William stands, personally, related to projects involving his mother, reports from independent producers, and publishing houses have revealed where his head is at. Reason being, he’s reportedly shut down all offers to date, even after holding private talks at Kensington Palace with BBC director-general Matt Brittin, just last week.

All in all, he believes, that while potential exists for him to have lingering ‘warmth’ from King Charles’ camp, Prince William is a closed chapter. To this end his exact words were, “I think we've seen with Charles things have moved forward and that iciness has thawed out. There's a warmth there. With William, I don't see it will ever change.”

Before concluding he also ruled out Kate’s role, despite her traditionally being known as the peacekeeper for the entire Firm.

“There's always this talk of Kate potentially being the peacekeeper, the one that could bring the two brothers together. If I've learned anything over the years from covering them, it's that Kate has very little to do with that relationship between the brothers,” he said before signing off.
