Nintendo Switch 2 prices to be slashed on Christmas

Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to go on sale this Boxing Day, it is predicted.

While many products in the tech category are set to experience a major price cut on account of one of the biggest sales of the year, enthusiasts are also hoping to get their hands on Nintendo Switch 2.

Otherwise priced at around £400, the console could see a price slash ahead of Christmas.

Senior critic Alex Lee writes for Independent: “While the Nintendo Switch 2 saw small reductions on Black Friday, steeper discounts have dropped in recent weeks. Online retail giant Very recently slashed the price of the console by £50 for a limited time last week, and more Nintendo Switch 2 deals could be on their way.”

“Boxing Day lands on Friday 26 December, but in previous years some retailers have started dropping discounts on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. As for the Nintendo Switch 2? I reckon most retailers won’t start cutting prices until after Christmas, but I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled,” he noted.
