Coldplay kiss cam woman Kristin Cabot has addressed Gwyneth Paltrow 's Astronomer ad
Kristin Cabot, the woman from the viral Coldplay concert kiss cam footage, has spoken out over Gwyneth Paltrow’s ad for the company she worked for.
Kristin was spotted in the viral video standing with her married boss, who wrapped his arms around her. They sprang away from each other and attempted to hide their faces when the kiss cam spotted them. The moment went viral, with people at games and other events mimicking them when featured in kiss cams.
Soon after, Astronomer, the tech company the Kristin and CEO Andy Byron worked for, hired Coldplay frontman Chris martin’s ex-wife Gwyneth to address netizens.
In the short ad, the actress quipped, "I’ve been hired on a very temporary basis to speak on behalf of the 300-plus employees at Astronomer. We’ve been thrilled so many people have a newfound interest in data workflow automation."
Kristin is calling out the Marty Supreme star over the ad.
"I was such a fan of her company [Goop] which seemed to be about uplifting women. And then she did this. I thought, ‘How dare she after the beating she got for all the conscious uncoupling stuff.’ What a hypocrite," Kristin told The Times in the U.K.
Both Kristin and Andy had to resign after the incident. However, the duo maintained that they were bother recently separated from their partners. Kristin filed for divorce from her husband soon after.
