Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers divorce take shocking turn.
According to a report by Radar Online, the wellness entrepreneur is facing a possibility of prison time after his arrest on spousal abuse allegations.
In Los Angeles, Phypers was taken into custody during a court appearance tied to Richards' claims of emotional and physical abuse throughout their six-year marriage. However, he was later released on bail and denied accusations.
Now, an insider told the outlet, "Aaron is trying to put on a brave face and smile his way through it all, but deep down he's terrified Denise is gaining the upper hand and she'll somehow persuade a judge to lock him up."
Adding, "He's hunkered down with his lawyers and vowing to fight back with everything he's got. But these are very serious charges, and Denise is bragging there's no way he's getting out of it."
"If all goes well, he'll be headed to the slammer and staying there an extremely long time," they noted.
It is pertinent to mention that besides accusations of abuse, Denise Richards has also claimed that Aaron Phypers stole her computer and leaked sultry photos.
The source claimed that Phypers is terrified of being behind the bars. "Aaron likes to walk the walk as this big tough guy, but there's no way he'd have the mental stamina for surviving prison."
