Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler breaks silence on rape charges

Kieran Hayler, the former husband of television personality Katie Price, has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of sexual offences involving a 13-year-old girl. 

Hayler, 38, appeared at Lewes Crown Court charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, all of which he denied.

The alleged offences reportedly took place at a West Sussex residence between June 1 and October 13 in 2016. The victim, whose identity is legally protected, is neither related to Hayler nor Price.

Hayler remains on conditional bail ahead of his pre-trial review on 23 April.

The full trial is set to begin on October 6 and is expected to last nine days. 

A representative for Hayler previously said he “strongly denies the allegations made against him in their entirety.” He asserted that he is cooperating fully with the police and hopes to clear his name through the legal process. 

Hayler and Price married in 2013 in the Bahamas but later divorced. The couple had two children together, including a son, Jett Riviera Hayler, 12, and a daughter, Bunny Hayler, 11. 

Outside this case, his public profile has included work as a personal trainer and appearances on television alongside Price.
